The company's purpose is to provide consulting and all kinds of services, as well as to offer training and private courses in the field of taxation. It may carry out all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of the LBA), whether movable or immovable (except for all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in direct or indirect connection with its purpose and likely to promote its interests, participate in all Swiss or foreign companies, acquire such companies, merge with other companies and create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, as well as guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities.
