Financing, construction and operation of a chairlift in Buttes, La Robella, according to the concession of 11-07-1968; financing, construction and operation of all mechanical lift installations, ski lifts, as well as restaurants, hotels and similar establishments related to the operation of these installations, both in the Neuchâtel and Vaud territories, up to the Chasseron. The company took over the assets and liabilities of the simple company CIBRO (Comité d'initiative pour la construction d'un télésiège Buttes - La Robella) established on August 15, 1968.
