The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it, including the acquisition of real estate (subject to the reservation of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983).
