The company's purpose is (strictly in accordance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners): a) all consulting, development and co-development activities for IT solutions, particularly software; b) all real estate activities; c) the acquisition, administration and management of interests in all real estate, industrial, commercial, financial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad; d) all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties.
