Additionally, the company's purpose includes the import and export of building materials and the trade of goods of all kinds. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in or acquire other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and engage in any activities that are suitable to promote its purpose directly or indirectly.
