The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to the holding and management of participations in all types of Swiss and/or foreign companies (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), the purchase, sale and management of participation titles, licenses, patents, and any other movable rights or assets, as well as all financial activities directly or indirectly related to these fields. It will also have the purpose of acquiring, holding, managing, renovating and selling real estate properties in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
