The company also aims to provide investment consulting services, of a financial and strategic nature, in relation to traditional and alternative investments, including, by way of example and not exhaustively, investments in private equity, private debt, venture capital, real assets, infrastructure, hedge funds and other alternative investments, as well as consulting on structuring, selection, analysis, due diligence and distribution of such investments, including the activity of buying and selling financial instruments, exclusively in relation to professional and institutional clients. The company may take on mandates for compliance and risk management services, as well as assignments for the performance of extrajudicial and real estate appraisals and for the preparation of research, analysis and studies of an economic, financial and corporate nature. The company may also carry out any ancillary or complementary activity that is directly or indirectly connected to the corporate purpose or suitable to promote its achievement. To this end, the company may establish branches and secondary offices in Switzerland and abroad, hold participations in Switzerland and abroad, take on assignments and mandates, hold movable and immovable property, grant and receive loans, represent third parties, as well as exercise and conclude any activity and agreement that are directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose.
