The company's purpose is: private concierge and services for owners of secondary residences, private owners and/or companies, namely property management and all services on behalf of the owners in relation to the management of their real estate, including cleaning, maintenance, key management, laundry, reception and all other activities that are directly or indirectly related to it; the company may also undertake renovation work, carry out site management and supervision, manage property rentals; the company also offers all local services related to events and ceremonies, both in Switzerland and abroad (for full purpose see articles of association).
