The company's purpose is: installation of swimming pools, saunas and wellness facilities, spas and outdoor facilities, as well as the marketing of all products and accessories related to this purpose; management and operation of swimming pools, basins, import and export of equipment and products for private and public swimming pools, construction of swimming pools, jacuzzis, sports facilities and related works, and all other diverse constructions. The company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations in all commercial, industrial or financial enterprises (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of its shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as grant loans and other direct or indirect financing and provide guarantees of any kind for their debts, including through privileges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any other nature, for consideration or not.
