The foundation specifically aims to rescue, accommodate, care for, and rehome distressed and stray animals, and generally supports and promotes the idea of animal welfare nationally and internationally. Within this framework, the foundation can also advocate for endangered animals and species (species conservation). To achieve its objectives, the foundation can, within its means, operate an animal orphanage, an emergency service for animal rescues and transports, and similar accommodations. The foundation can support tax-exempt institutions with similar objectives. The foundation can acquire, manage, administer, and sell real estate, as well as establish branches. All efforts and endeavors of the foundation are exclusively directed towards the welfare of animals. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help objectives.
