Establish and operate the web application Tipino, which serves as a platform to connect fans with artists and enable direct financial support (tip system, donations). 3. Foster a diverse music landscape. 4. Create a transparent and fair system for distributing financial resources to artists based on a selection by the fan or the actual music consumption of the fans.
