The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, and leasing of bicycles and electric bicycles in Switzerland, as well as the creation, development, and operation and management of all software, platforms, applications, or online portals that enable and/or facilitate the activity of purchasing, selling, and/or leasing bicycles and electric bicycles. In pursuing its purpose, the company aims to have a significant positive societal and environmental impact within the framework of its commercial and operational activities. The company may:
- Engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad;
- Enter into franchise agreements and other agreements aimed at developing its activities;
- Participate, with or without taking a stake, in any enterprises that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose;
- Fund educational projects related to its purpose and organize actions to highlight the principles of sustainability and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions;
- Grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
In all cases, the company must ensure that such operations do not harm its own interests and that these remain fully protected.
