The company's purpose is to carry out all translation and editing work, as well as various clinical activities in the medical-scientific field. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
