The purpose of the company is to provide corporate consulting and immigration services - expatriation and impatriation - as well as all services directly or indirectly related to the transfer of individuals for a fixed or indefinite period from and to abroad (company formations, social insurances, etc.). The advisory and client base also includes individuals who leave their home country for private reasons for a fixed or indefinite period and move from and to abroad. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish similar or related businesses, and enter into any transactions or conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also acquire, own, rent and sell real estate.
