To achieve this, the association can take further education and employment measures for people who have previously committed crimes and draw on the expertise of local professionals. To achieve the association's goals, the association can cooperate with institutions at home and abroad and in the countries of origin. The association can conduct business necessary to achieve the association's goals. The association is politically and denominationally neutral.
