The company's purpose includes all forestry work and everything related to it, the construction and maintenance of machinery, transportation, as well as the operation of composting facilities carrying out any activity related to waste treatment. The company may acquire all movable and immovable property in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to this purpose and be directly and indirectly interested in them. The company may create branches or subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
