The company's purpose is to provide consulting and support services in facility management (building maintenance and facility management), assistance to the project owner in real estate projects, particularly in the areas of building maintenance, operation, and upkeep, the implementation and integration of computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) and supervision tools (MCR), energy optimization, the drafting of operating and maintenance concepts, the development of life cycle cost analyses (LCC), service contracts (SLA), and technical specifications (TS), assistance with service tenders, as well as the conduct of technical audits, particularly in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable transactions (with the exception of those prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
