To achieve this purpose, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, industrial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its object, or likely to facilitate its realization and expansion. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies and conclude all contracts that may contribute to the development of its purpose.
