The purpose of the company is: (a) to provide marketing and support services to other (related) companies in relation to services related to on-demand transportation services and on-demand delivery services through mobile devices and web-based support as well as related services; (b) to provide administrative, technical, financial, economic and/or management services to other companies or individuals; and (c) to provide ride brokerage services for passenger transport. The company is authorized to conduct all business and take all measures that are deemed necessary or useful for the purpose of the company, including but not limited to all activities that are similar to or related to the company's purpose. The company is particularly authorized to take out loans or secure obligations (regardless of whether they are obligations of the company or another person) in the manner and on the terms that seem appropriate to it. The company is also particularly authorized to buy/sell, rent/lease or lease/rent real estate. The company is further authorized to invest in other companies and corporations and acquire participations as well as manage and administer such investments, participations, companies and corporations, including the acquisition and disposal of participations in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
