Promotion of cultural and artistic life and creation in the broadest sense in all its possible forms; the available resources are to be concentrated on greater needs rather than being scattered in all possible, in themselves good directions; in doing so, care must be taken to ensure that the activities and commitments of the communities and other institutions in this field are not rendered superfluous or replaced, but rather supplemented, and the foundation's resources are deployed where others are unable to support and promote cultural and artistic creation; does not pursue any economic purposes.
