The purpose of the foundation is to promote non-profit organizations, works and projects in social, humanitarian, cultural, scientific, medical, ecological, educational or other non-profit areas. The promotion is not geographically limited and is intended to take place regularly in the canton of Zurich. The foundation aims to contribute to positive changes in the world. The foundation serves as an umbrella foundation for sub-foundations within the framework of the foundation's purpose. The foundation has no commercial purposes and is politically and denominationally neutral. Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation can take all permissible measures, in particular establish other legal entities or trusts, regardless of whether they have legal personality, establish branches or subsidiaries, merge with other foundations, take over the assets of other legal entities, cooperate with or manage other legal entities.
