The company can carry out all operations that, in the opinion of its board of directors, are favorable to the achievement of its purpose or useful for the placement of its available funds. It can also grant loans to shareholders or third parties, grant leases, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee its loans by remission or the pledging of mortgage securities, or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
