The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate and financial operations (except those prohibited by the LFAIE) and brokerage in all real estate and financial fields. The company may, on a secondary basis, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable property that favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, process these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
