The company may notably engage in: the representation and provision of all services of the Unilabs group; the development, production as well as scientific, economic and industrial research of any kind; the provision of technical and administrative consulting services; the purchase and sale, marketing, registration and exploitation of intellectual and industrial property rights, in particular invention patents, manufacturer's marks and commercial brands, technical and industrial knowledge, as well as the acquisition and granting of licenses related thereto. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its development. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the Company may also grant loans to companies and entities to which the Company is affiliated.
