The Association is a non-profit organization consisting of autonomous and independent national associations and other national organizations. The objectives of the UWSKF are as follows: 1. To promote and develop the sport of Kempo (or by other terms: Kenpo, Chuan Fa, Kuen Fat, etc., hereinafter referred to as Kempo) at all levels, in order to contribute to the positive development of society; 2. To support its members in strengthening their position as national leaders; 3. To develop specific services, provide support, training, and support to members; Increase recognition of the UWSKF and its members, particularly through the interest groups of the Olympic Movement, through SportAccord (GAISF), through ARISF, and through other sports umbrella organizations; 4. Organize international championships, tournaments, competitions between countries, and major sporting events (World Championships, Continental Championships, World Cups, Continental Cups, national tournaments, and open international tournaments); 5. Provide administrative and other appropriate support to members; 6. Recognize the autonomy of members and their powers within their limitations; 7. Promote closer ties among and between its members and any other sports organization; 8. Coordinate and protect the common interest of its members; 9. Cooperate with organizations whose goal is the global promotion of KEMPO; 10. Collect, compare, and distribute information to and among its members; 11. Comply with the World Anti-Doping Code, its Code of Conduct, and its guidelines for combating corruption, illegal, and other measures that may negatively affect the reputation of the UWSKF and its members; 12. Appoint committees in accordance with these statutes; 13. Respect all disciplinary measures of the Competition Committee necessary for the good behavior of the UWSKF, including but not limited to a fine, a service to the UWSKF community, a temporary suspension, exclusion from participation in UWSKF affairs by an athlete, administrator, athlete support staff, technical official, club, or organization affiliated with UWSKF, resulting from breaches of these statutes or rules, statutes, regulations, or guidelines approved under this statute; 14. Ratify and enforce any decision of the Arbitration Committee, unless an appeal is lodged with the competent court; 15. Promote integrity, ethics, and fair play to prevent all methods or practices such as corruption, doping, or fight manipulation that could jeopardize the integrity of fights, competitions, athletes, officials, and members.
