In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating thereto directly or indirectly; it may participate in companies or enterprises having a similar purpose or other purposes and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
