The company's purpose is to operate a bank for private and business customers. The bank's business activities include, in particular, the following transactions: a) the acceptance of funds, including savings deposits and the granting of loans in all customary banking forms; b) the granting of covered and uncovered credits in any form; c) the settlement of payment transactions; d) the opening of letters of credit and the issuance of guarantees and warranties; e) the purchase and sale of domestic and foreign securities, foreign currencies, precious metals and other values for own and third-party accounts; the conclusion of derivative transactions and transactions in other financing forms; f) the safekeeping of securities and valuables as well as the rental of safe deposit boxes; g) investment advice and the management of assets, estates and inheritance settlements; h) participation in and execution of issues; i) assistance in the establishment of companies and management of companies; j) participation in the establishment and management of investment funds in Switzerland and abroad; k) the execution of trust transactions; l) other customary banking services and further transactions; m) the execution of transactions on own account related to the main activity; n) the trading and custody of payment tokens.
