The Company shall have as its purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, subject to operations prohibited by the LFAIE, all real estate operations (purchase, sale, lease, brokerage, management, renovation, promotion, etc.). The company may carry out all commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, as well as create branches, take participations in all companies, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
