The company's purpose is to provide brokerage and consulting services in the fields of insurance and credit, to provide all services in the fields of taxation, insurance portfolio management and general representation of insurance companies, all except for operations subject to authorization by FINMA. The company also aims to carry out all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, rental of built or unbuilt properties, construction, transformation or renovation of properties, real estate brokerage and management, and all operations related to these activities, in Switzerland or abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may also grant loans to shareholders or third parties, grant leases, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
