The company is authorized to carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, or likely to promote it. It may also: create branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in other companies pursuing a similar purpose; acquire such companies, merge with them or conclude any contract suitable for developing or achieving its purpose; acquire or sell real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Finally, the company may grant or receive loans in favor of or from its shareholders or third parties, as well as to all companies belonging to the same group.
