The company's purpose is: all activities related to the purchase, sale, brokerage, management and administration of all mandates and businesses of real estate, as well as all general business activities in the field of construction and renovation of commercial properties; trade, import and export, brokerage and representation of raw materials, materials and products of all kinds; the acquisition and exploitation of patents, participation in other companies; activities and research of all financial products such as mortgages, leasing, management and all related activities in the financial sector; the exploitation of all underground and surface materials, gravel pits, landfills, water sources and all related activities; construction and rental of apartments for the elderly, with the aim of preserving salary benefits, old-age pensions, disability pensions, premature retirement pensions, LPP and all other pensions. The company may contract loans from its shareholders and directors or grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its shareholders and directors.
