The company's purpose is: the design, development, operation and marketing, in Switzerland and abroad, of digital platforms, websites, mobile applications and interfaces dedicated to connecting, booking and managing mobility services, including the rental, sharing and provision of vehicles between individuals and/or professionals; all activities related to mobility and the platform economy, including marketing, acquisition and animation of communities, loyalty programs, services to companies, development, licensing and enhancement of software, brands, databases and intellectual property rights, as well as consulting, training and sale of related digital services; the purchase, sale, rental, management or operation of vehicles, equipment and services related to mobility, when this serves its purpose. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in all forms, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may conclude all contracts, acquire, hold and dispose of assets, including intellectual property rights, as well as acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
