Verband Bernischer Musikschulen - VBMS

The association has the following tasks: a) Performing the tasks assigned to the association by the music school law, the music school ordinance and the performance contract with the Department of Education and Culture of the Canton of Bern; b) Safeguarding the common interests of the music schools at the cantonal and regional level; c) Collaboration with the Association of Music Schools Switzerland (VMS), the Bern University of the Arts (Department of Music) and other institutions and associations at the cantonal and national level; d) Organization or support of further education events for the management and teachers of music schools; e) Controlling tasks vis-à-vis the member schools; f) Information and advice to members.
