The company aims to be the tourist platform of the Val de Bagnes, in accordance with the tourism legislation of the canton of Valais. The tourist policy remains the responsibility of the Commune. Its main tasks are, in particular, the following: To carry out the tasks delegated by the Commune of Val de Bagnes for its territory on the basis of a performance mandate and in accordance with the Commune's tourist policy, including potentially: - the development, organization and management of tourist information, tourist offices and local animation, tourist marketing, tourist promotion, tourist projects and products, the collection of tourist taxes, the keeping of attendance statistics; - to represent and defend the interests of local tourism, in collaboration with the Development Societies; - to enhance existing tourist products; - to manage the performance contracts established with other instances and entities; - to coordinate the links with and between local tourist partners; - any service related to the field of tourism. It may carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it. It may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
