The association is exclusively and directly charitable and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The purpose of the KingFisher association is to promote education, adult education, and vocational training. The association's purpose is particularly realized through the promotion of measures and events that serve adult education and personality development. Existing and future leaders in business, politics, science, and culture should be strengthened, promoted, and accompanied in their current areas of responsibility and challenges in family, career, and society according to Christian values. Investment in healthy identity, family, and relationships is the foundation of KingFisher's work, and the methodological competence of the leaders should be further developed and strengthened. Their comprehensive leadership qualities are critically and constructively reflected, evaluated, and expanded through the assumption of leadership and team tasks. In addition, participants are given the opportunity to become an active part of the KingFisher movement. Through advanced sailing trips, local Gate meetings, joint events, and Vision Days, the exchange, networking, and promotion of KingFisher take place. The sailing trips are organized by an authorized skipper network. The local meetings are conducted by authorized leaders. The association can make appointments to fulfill its purpose, acquire, rent, lease, and sell properties as well as materials/objects. The association is based on Christian values and is denominationally and politically independent.
