The association aims to promote exchange between seasonally influenced businesses, enable cooperation between businesses regarding human resources and seasonal employees, create new working models through collaboration, maintain cooperation and dialogue with authorities and political institutions, industry associations, universities and other partners, implement instruments, tools and supporting measures that facilitate cooperation in the field of human resources, take measures to increase the attractiveness of seasonal positions. The association may pursue further activities related to the aforementioned purpose.
