The association promotes well-being and connection with nature through organized activities such as forest bathing (WaBa) and nature-based culinary experiences. It contributes to the discovery and use of natural recreational areas and edible wild plants, in order to strengthen awareness of natural resources and sustainable lifestyles. It organizes hikes to suitable forest bathing sites to experience the healing effects of nature, excursions to find edible wild plants, joint social cooking evenings, and picnics with the collected wild plants to foster exchange and a sense of community.
