The company's core activity is the representation and promotion of the interests of Swiss feed manufacturers, in particular through: Providing comprehensive information to members on industry topics and issues from the economy, politics and science; Commenting on legislative decrees and regulations; Representing the industry to authorities, the public and other bodies at national and international level; Combating unfair competition; Providing professional training and further education through courses, lectures and consulting; Supporting public relations; Developing industry solutions in the areas of occupational safety and quality standards as well as in other sectors. The company represents the interests of feed manufacturers who produce or have produced mixed feed and protein concentrates for livestock and pets, manufacture and distribute mineral salts, vitamins and trace elements, store and/or trade in grains and feed.
