During her lifetime, the founder can make rooms in her privately held properties available for a children's house for the care of children from two to five years old, which is to be run according to the guidelines of Dr. med. Maria Montessori, at a maximum of cost price. The foundation can hold properties in its foundation assets that have been donated to it by the founder or third parties during their lifetime or by will. The foundation has a non-profit character and is not profit-oriented.
