The Company's purpose is (i) to acquire and manage participations in Swiss or foreign companies of any type and (ii) to provide consulting and services related to sourcing activities, such as, but not limited to, research, development, production of goods and sale of these goods produced, mainly to other companies belonging to the VF Group. The Company may acquire, manage and sell patents, trademarks and technical and industrial know-how, as well as acquire, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may participate in group financing, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or to other group companies or by providing guarantees of any kind to third parties for obligations assumed by other group companies, even if such financing or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and are granted free of charge.
