The company's purpose is: a) the operation and enhancement of the premises of the Vieux-Moutier Artisan Center for Horology and Mechanics in Le Lieu (Vallée de Joux); b) engineering and development studies necessary for the realization of the company's projects, including the filing of patents and trademarks; c) support for artisans and young companies, particularly in the field of training and continuing education (Institut du Vieux-Moutier). The company may: exercise any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it promotes its interests.
