The company's purpose is: the acquisition, management and disposal of participations in all types of companies, in Switzerland and abroad; the acquisition, holding, leasing and sale of assets, in particular equipment, in line with a sustainable development policy; the trade (purchase, sale, export, import and representation) of goods of all kinds; and the provision of all services in these areas, in particular in the field of asset management; the company may not acquire any real estate participations in Switzerland, except in cases where the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners permits it (for full purpose see articles of association).
