The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
