The company's purpose is: to negotiate the purchase, sale or exchange of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, in particular cereals and vegetable oils. These operations will be carried out mainly in countries other than Switzerland; to own, hold, subscribe to shares, securities or participations in relation to the company's purpose, in all companies or societies, excluding real estate participations in Switzerland; to carry out all financial operations related to the company's purpose and in particular to contract all loans, provide all guarantees, sureties or endorsements whenever necessary to achieve the aforementioned social purpose. The company will only carry out activities in Switzerland, other than those necessary for its administration, on an occasional basis.
