The company's purpose is the marketing and installation of equipment and safety nets in the fields of agriculture and viticulture, in Switzerland and abroad, and all activities directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial transactions, both movable and immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take part in other companies, acquire or create similar or related companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable to develop its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
