The Company's purpose is the acquisition, distribution, and sale of all types of plastics and/or one or the other of their components, as well as all similar products, including, without limitation, the supply of adequate plastics for pyrolysis facilities. The Company may carry out its activities worldwide, on its own account or in association with third parties. The Company may perform all financial, commercial, and industrial operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. However, the Company will not acquire any real estate in Switzerland, with the exception, if any, of real estate for exclusively commercial use. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may also participate in the financing, including by providing loans, guarantees, and securities of any kind, to other entities of the group to which the Company belongs, in the interest of said group.
