The cooperative supports its members in promoting and developing a competence center for networked, integrative medicine and health services, and in creating a holistic health network. The focus is on human-centered medicine and health services with the goal of accompanying patients and clients in their self-efficacy and empowerment. To this end, meaningful, exchange-promoting, inspiring, and health-promoting encounters, therapy offers, and projects (culture, education, training, research projects) serve, as well as cooperation with other institutions, health professionals, and patients/clients, and the use, linking, and empowerment of existing resources. The cooperative is non-profit, does not pursue commercial purposes, and does not strive for distributable profits. The cooperative can carry out transactions of any kind for itself, for the accounts of its members or third parties, which directly or indirectly serve the pursuit of the purpose. In particular, it can acquire, sell, or mortgage properties, take out and grant loans. It can transfer the implementation to other institutions, participate in them, and enter into partnerships. The cooperative can establish branch offices in Switzerland and abroad. It can take on further tasks that are in line with the purpose of the cooperative.
