The company may also carry out, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, activities of creation, organization, promotion, assistance, development and management of events and exhibitions, in particular in the aforementioned sectors, as well as assistance, management, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, of commercial surfaces. The company may also acquire, sell, manage, receive for use and grant for use technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in general, in particular in the aforementioned sectors. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer, rent and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
