The purpose of the company as a fund management company within the meaning of Art. 32 et seq. FINIG is: the exercise of the fund business. This consists of offering shares in investment funds, managing and administering them in accordance with Art. 49 of the Financial Institutions Ordinance (FINIV), as well as all activities related to the fund business within the meaning of Art. 34 FINIG and Art. 54 FINIV; the exercise of portfolio management and risk management within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 3 in conjunction with Art. 26 FINIG for the assets entrusted to it, as well as all activities related thereto; the acquisition of participations in companies whose sole purpose is the fund business. The company may conduct all business that may be associated with the company's purpose. In particular, it is authorized to establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to acquire, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland.
