The purpose of the company is to provide services in the field of occupational pension provision and to perform all tasks falling within the scope of fiduciary and audit activities. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad and may participate in other companies both domestically and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate and intangible assets. The company may also engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, either through loans and/or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, with or without compensation. The company may provide securities of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned parties, including through pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind, or through compensation obligations, with or without compensation, even if such financing, securities, or guarantees are solely in the interest of third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved.
